The Botanicals
Cocoa Nib · Saffron · Cardamom
Slow-dried whole spices. Saffron threads from Kashmir. A small grace of cocoa.
The Ritual
95°C · 4 Minutes · No Hurry
Pour against the side of a porcelain cup. Steep for four full minutes. Drink the first cup standing still.
